MANDY.jpg

We’re convinced Mandy Diamond has x-ray vision. Her intuition adapts to a group in a heartbeat, she hears what isn’t being said, and she sees hesitation when someone tries to get away with smiling and nodding. A founder of BlueZoneThinking and author of Leaders Developing Leaders, Mandy’s facilitation focuses on change management and strategy development. She is our certified Lego® Serious Play® facilitator and helps us link our lessons in self-awareness with hands-on awesomeness.

Every topic involved a ‘what do you think about this?’ ‘what does this remind you of?’ ‘How could you apply to this in your workplace?’ We were always challenged to think critically about where to take the topics and skills we were discussing.
